My reviews/ ones I have read

I never buy kit blind. I always seek advice and yes thanks to iRun and Sportshoes.com, I get the best trainers and kit for me.  I hate seeing people waste money on kit that’s just simply not for them !!

Sir David Brailsford Cycling Performance Director for Team Sky and British Cycling talks about the 1% “Marginal gains” difference these things can make at the top top level. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dave_Brailsford) At the level just below the top (where many running enthusiasts are) I believe its much more important.

Wearing the wrong shoes that don’t fit your feet properly or do not have the correct grip for the running you are mainly doing can be very counter productive.   Gait analysis and reading reviews is vital.  Use forums, seek advice of other runners or check out some of the reviews, so you can make a more informed decision.

Freestak - great info on reviews and in depth detail on most running genres. Particularly, marathon running.

Here are two, which I use regularly. Both are American sites, very easy to read and the most up to date ones around.
